Origin

Vision & Mission

It all began with our mother, Anthippi Sicoutry, who introduced us to the beauty industry in the 1970s. She opened Omorphy salon, meaning "beautiful" in Greek, right next door to us in 1982.

As her legacy, we promote health through beauty by using and recommending organic and eco-friendly hair care and professional services. To celebrate our Hellenic heritage, we named our business FOS Living.

In Greek "Fos" translates to "light", one of the most essential needs for all life.

FOS Living has been serving Long Island since 2008 as the first eco-friendly and

clean-air salon.

We continue to be one of the only specialty salons on Long Island to use innovative products providing a safe salon experience for our staff and clients.

We continue to strive to be a ray of light in the beauty industry and look forward to shining brighter!
